You are responsible for reviewing regularly information posted online to obtain timely notice of such changes. Your continued use of this site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of this agreement as modified by the posted changes. If you do not accept any of the terms specified below, you should not continue using this website.

The Trademarks appearing in this site which are licensed to the Company and those which are owned by the Company remain the property of the Company and its licensors. In using this website, you agree that you may only download the content for your own personal non-commercial use. You agree not to adapt, alter or create a derivative work from any of the material contained in this site or use it for any other purpose other than for your personal non-commercial use.

The contents of this site may not be copied, reproduced, republished, downloaded, posted, or transmitted in any way except for your own personal non-commercial home use. Any other use requires the prior written permission of the Company.

Ordering

By placing your order you agree to the following conditions of sale:

• Only adults over the age of 18 are permitted to purchase items.
• The users of the website and the products sold thereunder must use both always in an appropriate manner.
• You agree never to create, email, purchase or print any item which will deceive, offend, harm, threaten, mistreat, defame or misrepresent any person, company, institution or the like or item associated with them.
• By uploading any material to the website, you certify that you have the necessary rights to do so.
• You agree never to use any product purchased to falsely obtain credibility, identity of you or others nor to purport in anyway to falsely associate yourself with others.
• You agree never to abuse the site, products or company in any way likely to cause offence to them.
• You agree to refrain from using language, photographs and the like in association with this website and products which may cause offence to the Company, its employees and any member of the public.
• You confirm that the RFU ID entered to obtain access your account is owned by you and you understand that any false representation of your ID number may have legal consequences

We may refuse to accept your order if:

• An item is out of stock or unavailable.
• Payment has not been successfully authorised.
• Any personalisation contains the use of inappropriate language or photographs.
• There has been a product description or pricing error.
• Your RFU ID is shown to be incorrect/invalid

EnglandRugbyclubhub.com reserves the right to withdraw any products from the website and may, at its sole discretion, refuse to process an order for any reason at any time.

Pricing

All prices are in pounds sterling. All prices exclude VAT (where applicable) at the current rate. We will always display VAT separately and include it in the total price at checkout All prices displayed on EnglandRugbyclubhub.com are correct to the best of our knowledge and are maintained and reviewed regularly. In the unusual occurrence of a price being displayed incorrectly, we will inform the customer of the error within 7 days of the purchase being made, at which point the customer has the option to either(1) cancel the order free of charge; or (2) to pay the additional cost.

Discount Codes

Discount codes are distributed via various promotions throughout the year. Discount codes apply to internet orders only and can not be retrospectively applied to a purchase once the payment is completed. EnglandRugbyclubhub.com reserves the right to prevent discount codes being used against certain products. Only one discount code can be used per order. Once a discount code has expired it is no longer valid.

Delivery

Items are dispatched Monday – Friday only (excluding UK/England bank holidays). Customers are able to enter an alternative delivery address to the billing address at the point of order. The P&P charge will be clearly posted at the time of order.

Because items ordered on different sections of the site can be produced at different locations and sent from different locations, if you are ordering from separate sections of the site P&P will be charged appropriately for each part of your order.

Delivery addresses provided must be accurate and include a full postcode, in accordance with Royal Mail addressing regulations. If an order is delayed or lost in the post due to an incorrect or incomplete address/postcode being provided by the customer, an additional fee will occur for re-dispatch of the order (minimum of £5.00).

EnglandRugbyclubhub.com does everything possible to ensure your item arrives safely and within the quoted time - we guarantee to dispatch everything in the time we say. The Company cannot account for extenuating circumstances such as Industrial Action on the part of the carrier or other factors which would influence their delivery e.g. adverse weather conditions and shall not be responsible for delays as a result of such circumstances or any circumstances of force majeure which are outside the reasonable control of the Company.

Delay or Non-Arrival of Goods

In the very unusual circumstances that an item does not arrive within the quoted timescale, we will ask you to help us locate the item by enquiring at your local delivery hub, even if you have not received notification from your carrier that they are holding items for you. We reserve the right to wait up to 7 working days from the date of dispatch before replacing an undelivered item. Please note, undelivered items will always be replaced rather than refunded, once the address has been confirmed as correct and the local delivery hub/ office has been contacted. All items are sent by a delivery method which requires a signature on delivery.

In the event that we re-dispatch your order and the original order is returned to us as ‘Undelivered’ or ‘Not called for’ by our carrier, EnglandRugbyclubhub.com reserves the right to charge an administrative fee of up to 100% of the order value.

Orders placed on EnglandRugbyclubhub.com are from multiple sources and have multiple finishing options. Delivery dates for each item ordered will be shown clearly for each product and there may well be multiple deliveries for an order placed over several sections of the site.

Cancellations

For most items, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 working days of receiving the goods. However, this does not apply to personalised promotional items which we have made or customised specifically for you. If you wish to cancel your order we request that, if possible, you inform us prior to the order being processed and dispatched. Where goods have already been dispatched to you, the goods must be returned to us in accordance with the 'Returns and Exchanges' section below.

Cancellations can only be accepted on bespoke or personalised products if work on your order has not commenced. Because of the varied turnaround, customers are advised that production for some personalised products can begin immediately. Customers wishing to cancel an order should contact us immediately.

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

Due to the personalised nature of our products, we are not able to offer refunds or accept returns/exchanges on any personalised products, unless the item you receive is damaged or defective, or if there has been an error on our behalf. We provide our customers with various opportunities to check and confirm all personalisation and inputted information for spelling and grammatical accuracy.When ordering, you must check your order on screen and the confirmation email carefully as we cannot refund products in respect of which there is incorrect spelling by you.

In respect of non-personalised/bespoke items, the item(s) must be returned in the condition in which you received it within 14 days of receipt. Any postage charges incurred for return of such items are for your account and not the Company.

In the event of customer service queries, including any returns being requested please use the FAQ form and Customer Contact form here so we can direct your query/return to the correct supplier. EnglandRugbyclubhub.com can not be held accountable for returned items which go missing during transit. We therefore recommend customers use a Recorded / Signed for delivery service.

Risk and Property

Risk of damage to or loss of your chosen products shall pass to you on despatch from our premises or third party supplier premises.

Notwithstanding delivery and the passing of risk in your chosen products, or any other provision of these terms, property in your chosen products shall not pass to you until we receive cleared funds payment in full of the price of your chosen products.

Please use the Customer Contact form in order that we can direct your requirement to the correct supplier department. Customer Service for third party product suppliers, including but not limited to Gilbert, CCC,Adidas and Opro will be handled directly by these companies and they will contact you within 2 working days of your form being received. Queries in respect of other products sections will be handled directly by EnglandRugbyclubhub.com and we will respond within 2 working days.

We try to keep website images current but due to the nature of sports merchandise this is not always possible.

England Rugby Club Hub is a centrally hosted multi supplier platform that provides users with a single transactional service for convenience. Applicable transactional terms and conditions are those outlined by the site host. In matters related to delivery and returns the relevant third party manufacturers terms and conditions become applicable as they are the entity completing this section of the process. General

The terms and conditions set out herein represents the entire Agreement between the Company and yourself. If any of these Terms and Conditions should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by reason of the laws of any state or country in which these Terms and Conditions are intended to be effective, then to the extent and within the jurisdiction which that Term or Condition is illegal, invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed and deleted from this clause and the remaining terms and conditions shall survive, remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Disputes arising here from shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
